もし知っている場合は、データーベースもPCにダウンロードしましたか？
phpMyAdminのメニューがコントロールパネルにあると思いますが
ログインできますか？
こちらで合ってますでしょうか？
ですが、ユーザー名、パスワード、思い当たるもの2回入れましたが入れません。
■シンフリーの403の原因調査
今再度403が出るか確認しようとサイトを開こうとしましたら、404になったり、WordPressのページが開いたり、です、、、。

とのことですが、おそらくFTPは正しく出来ていると思うのですが
データーベースがあるかどうかですので、この「空のサイト」の状態の方が
色々復旧しやすかったです。
昨日作ってしまい、今日削除した空のサイトはアンインストールしてしまったのでないはずですが、

1）WordPressを使用していますしたよね？
XFREEでWordPressで運用していたのですよね。
WordPressは、何百個もファイルがあるのですが、ファイルマネージャの映像をみると数個しかないですよね？
もしかして、もう削除されたのでしょうか？
何かバックアップを取った記憶はありますか？
2）phpMyAdminのログイン方法
データーベースが、無いと表示されていますね。
画面を見たところ、ないのでログインしても無いかもしれません。
id/passは、WordPressのコアファイルの「wp-config.php」というファイルにあります。
でも、そのファイルがないのであれば復元は極めて難しいですね・・・
3）シンフリーの403
ログですが、これは「index.html」などディレクトリを表示したときに
表示するファイルがないので403になっています。
ドメインの直下にindex.phpやindex.htmlなどのファイルを置くと解消されるはずですが、
WordPressがないのでどうしようもないですね・・・
4）何かバックアップは無いですか？
ブログのバックアップは一切取っていないですか？
WordPress標準のエクスポートでもいいです。

画像で開示の通りphpMyAdminの内容が
MySQLデーターベース無し
MySQLユーザー無し
なので、XFREEのサーバーからデーターベースが消失してしまっている状態です。
残念ですがデーターベースのバックアップが無い場合は、復元不可能です。
